i'm located  in Perrysburg.  i have a home studio but also do MANY outdoor sessions.  i do travel with 30 mins of Perrysburg at no additional fee.  $25 additional 31-59 mins.  $50 for an hour.  i do not travel more than an hour.

 

your investment covers my time at session, downloading images, culling (sorting) the best of the best images, hand editing each individual image that I have chosen.  i will choose the best of the best to edit.  i have high quality equiptment that I use both in studio (lighting, props, backdrops, etc.) & camera equiptment & props I use outdoors.  one last thing being education & training.  You pay me just one fee unless you decide you would like to purchase additional image above what is offered in the session you choose.  you will receive a link with your images at no extra fee.  once you receive your link you get to choose what quantities & sizes you wish.

 

booking:  for mini sessions there are links that have scheduled time slots.  you may choose one of the time slots that fits your needs best, book & pay deposit all at the same time.  if you would like to book a standar session ie:  family, engagement, etc. we will work together to pick the date & time that works best for you/your family.  I will then create a link specific to you to pay your deposit.

 

deposits  are standard for every session.  the amount of the deposit varies upon what type of session you are booking.  the amount of deposit is indicated specifically in the booking link.  deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.   

 

balance is due at the time of the session.  I accept cash or check made payable to mia isaacson photography

 

time constraints:  i will arrive 5 mins before your session time.  i expect you/your family to be on time.  however, you will have a 15 minute grace period.  the 15 minutes will cut into the time of your session.   if you are more than 15 minutes late the session will need to be re-scheduled.  if you know you will be running late please contact me to let me know.  your deposit will not be refunded & you will have to pay another deposit for rescheduling.

 

bad weather:  if the weather is bad for the day of an outdoor session we will reschedule to another date without any penalty.

special poses/groupings:  i use my ideas for different poses & groupings.  should you have any specific poses/groupings it is always to make a list before coming.  that way we can make sure we do not miss anything.  I am not responsible for any after thoughts.

 

what to wear:  i can help guide you through ideas of how to get a color scheme together.  it can be as simple as choosing most of your clothing items from stuff you already have in your closets.  I will also help you add simple accessories, shoes, etc.

 

your images:  i will choose the best images and will hand edit them.  your images will be edited within 30 days unless otherwise notified.  the time of editing may change depending on the busyness of the season.  once they are edited they will be loaded onto a downloadable/shareable link that I will email to you.  in the email will be instructions on how do download them for the best quality.  once you receive your images you will have rights to print them either through the link, Smug Mug or LOCALLY through Kohne Photo & Print Refinery in PERRYSBURG.  I will provide you with a 20% off discount card for Kohne if you choose to use them.
